How long do I have to file a workers’ comp claim?

In both North and South Carolina, the statute of limitations for workers’ compensation claims is 2 YEARS from the date of the injury (or discovery of the condition). After this period expires, you will no longer be able to file a claim and will lose your right to compensation forever. The sooner you speak with our attorneys about your case, the better.
