He focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases caused by motor vehicle collisions, trucking negligence, industrial accidents, and electrocution. He has litigated hundreds of spinal cord injury cases to successful settlements and awards, in addition to traumatic brain injuries and other complex medical issues. He devotes his practice to representing victims of serious personal injury, and is qualified to litigate claims in North and South Carolina state courts, federal courts, and more. He has earned the Enjuris Million Dollar Advocate distinction for assisting families in obtaining substantial sums for their harms and losses. He is also a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist, a distinction held by a select few North Carolina lawyers.

Background and education

Beau was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and raised in the nearby town of Gastonia. After completing high school, he attended North Carolina State University, where he became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and graduated with summa cum laude honors.

After earning his undergraduate degree, Beau decided to follow in the footsteps of his father, Rob Wilder, by pursuing a career in law. He enrolled in the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as a member of the editorial board of the South Carolina Law Review.

Early legal career

After graduating from law school, Beau began his legal career by serving as a law clerk for Federal Court Judge Graham C. Mullen in Charlotte. This gave him firsthand experience in federal litigation and also provided an invaluable opportunity to see cases from the perspective of a judge. In the following years, Beau practiced criminal defense, family law, and personal injury law in the greater Charlotte area, developing his ability to litigate cases with jury trials, motion hearings, and settlement negotiations.

In the last decade, Beau has represented hundreds of personal injury victims across North and South Carolina. He has successfully litigated claims in North Carolina District Courts, North Carolina Superior Courts, North Carolina Federal District Courts, North Carolina Industrial Commission, appeals in front of the North Carolina Full Commission, South Carolina Federal District Court, South Carolina Court of Commons Pleas, South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission, and appeals in front of the South Carolina Commission Review.

Beau works tirelessly on behalf of his clients and fiercely advocates for injured victims at every stage.
